Panera is a great choice for a soup and sandwich fast food option. Their you pick 2 deal has a perfect amount of food. It's a little pricey but you get what you pay for. This location had great, extremely fast service. 5/5 would return.

We did the rapid order, takeout option and our order hit the shelf at exactly the pickup time. So 5 stars there because everything was still hot when I got home. My better half got the broccoli cheddar soup & classic grilled cheese with bacon and loved it all. I got the Mac n Cheese with extra bacon. It was ok but a bit on the dry side. There also could have been more bacon considering what I paid for extra. But overall it was a positive experience. Ordering online was easy (I'm a Luddite), folks were friendly & helpful when I picked up and I'm very particular about my Mac n cheese so others may well give it 5 stars. We'll definitely order from them again!

We went to this Panera for lunch when it was pretty busy. Bella rang us up and was AMAZING. She explained new menu items to my husband and then was nice even when he decided not to go with any of those things. She then literally saw something was missing from my order from across the room and walked over to see if I wanted it redone. We felt very taken care of at lunch today.

I stopped in for a quick lunch in between showing houses to clients in Camillus and Geddes. It was a Sunday at lunchtime so it was busy. The staff was friendly and great customer service. I tried the chipotle chicken bacon ranch flatbread pizza. Light crispy crust with juicy chicken. Bigger portion than expected. Definitely recommend.
