Little Caesars

Thank you so much Alex for providing my husband and I such great customer service! We appreciate you! I created an order with the little caesars’ app and chose delivery, but realized doordash wasn’t making deliveries for some reason. I then called and spoke with Alex and he was so kind and helpful and cancelled my order. My husband then went in to pick up a pizza and even though it was extremely busy at little caesars with a lot of customers, Alex was friendly, happy and helpful the whole time with everyone as well as my husband. Some people are quick to post negative reviews immediately any time something small goes wrong, it’s easy for people to get upset and yell at workers instead of trying to understand and put themselves in worker’s shoes. No one is perfect and everyone makes mistakes and things do happen. Anyway, thank you again Alex! We appreciate your customer service!

Even.though they had a pepperoni hot n' ready I needed to do one as a specialty. They told me it would be 10 min to make. They were so quick, gave me a fresh made pep instead of a hot n' ready and brought it to my car. The girl who took my order and brought me my pizza was polite and had great customer service skills.

I can’t even tell you how on point and completely correct this experience was!! I eat a lot of little Caesars pizza!! I love the convenience, the speediness, and it’s quite tasty. This pizza though right here was beyond amazing. The crust was tasty and the toppings were perfect. It was piping hot as it was freshly made to order. I arrived early and the staff were cool with my banter as I bought a soda as I waited for my app order. Needless to say my son and I gobbled up the pizza and we were full and satisfied. You will not be disappointed. I don’t even live in the area, as we were just visiting Antelope island, but I will be back. I highly recommend. Five star for sure in my books.

I had to make sure and leave a review for this Little Caesars location. Though a mistake on my end with the app I ordered to the wrong location so needless to say when I showed up to this location looking for my pizza to pick up and it was not there, I was pretty put out. The Manager on Duty Preston Day saw my distress and when I told him what had happened he said he would have my order out in 10 minutes with no additional charge. I was amazed, true to his word I walked out with my order, never once did he check to verify my story he took me at my word, took ownership and made it right. Thank you Mr. Day, less and less I see this type of customer service let alone in a big chain like little Caesars, I hope you are valued as one of the great managers!
