Sonic Drive-in

We were the first car to get there no one in front of us and we sat there for 10 mins before the lady even came to get our money i ordered a root beer float for $3.89 total for $4.12 handed her a $20.00. She held the money in her hand for 5 mins while doing other things when she went to give me my change. she was reaching in her wallet to give me my change back only gave me $10.12 back waited another 5 mins before I got my drink and asked her for the rest of my money she went to count on her phone and still told me that she gave me 15.00 I held up the 10.00 and asked her to count what was in my hand finally realized and gave me the rest of my money. That sonic just lost a customer due to suspicious actions and no respect to the customer. I spent my entire lunch break fo this. You still owe me .76 cents.

I love Sonic but this location needs help. My order has been wrong the last 4 times I have been here and I don't understand how because I order from the app... they really just don't care. Today, I ordered on the app. The 1st round, my drink was the wrong size and my sandwich was assembled incorrectly. The server was very polite, but I have NO IDEA what the kitchen is doing. I received the correct sized drink, and TWO replacement sandwiches BOTH of which were STILL incorrect. I noticed the sandwiches after I left and was basically home so I didn't return. Its simply ridiculous, do better. Your food is too expensive to have employees who don't care about doing their jobs accurately 😒

May 6, 2019 at 8:15p.m. Came here to grab food for my family and I wasn't pleased. No other customers were present but us when we arrived. took 10 minutes before someone answered to take our orders. No receipt was given and they gave me the wrong sandwich. I got a sandwich my 9 year old could put together his self. I tossed it and just drank my shake. adleast they got this right. I went to find an entrance. First time here. I opened this door and I panicked since I thought it was the kitchen entrance. Floor looked extremely wet and a metal fan sitting in front of the door drying the floor. so I walked back to the car and left to run errands instead. When your looking forward to food you've never had and don't receive it wouldn't you be upset?
