I have been ordering there frequently the past couple weeks because they always have great service, in particularly, the manager Walter is always happy to help and makes sure that if anything is wrong it is fixed promptly with no complaints. He’s such a great team member and seems like a hard worker.

I called in an order for delivery for my family and whoever took my order got it COMPLETELY wrong, luckily their GM was there and was very understanding and fixed my order, I asked him what his name was and he told me Walter, My family and I are very thankful for Walter and can’t wait to order again.

If I could give them no stars I would. The manager literally just hung up on me because I asked for a refund after having to call back up there to ask for them to correct my order and she had an attitude and asked if we were serious because she was busy. That is very unprofessional. If you make a customers food incorrectly it is your responsibility to fix it. Very disappointed in this establishment. This is the second issue I have had with them and having management be rude.

My family has ordered from Marcos for a while and have always had a great experience until tonight. After arriving home from picking up our order we noticed the salad we ordered wasn't in our bag. We decided to call and see if we could get a refund or a credit to our next meal, since we order from there pretty frequently. My husband called to see if there was anything that could be done and the manager, Daniel, was far from helpful. He blamed us for not checking our bags to see if the salad was there, he tried to make us feel pity for him because he doesn't have more than 2 hands (yes, those were his words), then he told my husband he felt attacked because he heard multiple people talking in the room (we were having dinner), then Daniel asked if he needed to call the police...(yes, the police, because my husband asked him if he could give us his supervisors name and a possible time frame to expect a call about the situation.) This is beyond frustrating and unacceptable. We have already answered a survey on tellmarcos.com about our terrible experience with the manager tonight. While we love the food at Marcos, the customer service has left much to be desired.
