The drive-thru menu system makes absolutely no sense and rotates too quickly to where you going to make a mistake and therefore your order will be wrong. If it's rotating every 5 seconds and you have dyslexia it is a challenge for you to read this. I was trying to buy a meal for my daughter I don't eat Burger King anymore. And I ended up with two burgers. When I told him I didn't want the burgers and I just really wanted the kids meal they looked at me dirty. I went ahead and ordered the children's Meal it ended up being $5.50. which I found a little expensive for the amount of food that you got. A small burger fries and a drink. I will not be back.
Missing and incorrect items in medium and large orders, only good for orders no more than 2 items!
Missed a whole item, and quietly substituted and item for a discontinued item. Discontinued item was ordered online via their own app!

Fast food now is also expensive specially if u are senior no discount. It's good to have coupon but now no more
I never have a problem with the food here, but concerned on prices. If there's a 2 or $5 deal, would not one be 2.50? I was charged 5 for one burger, so it was logical I'd just add another burger for about the same price. Why couldn't I just get the one burger for half of $5? Also I asked for water, but the "water machine" was broke... clearly the soda machine was working, which uses a water line.
