Amazing Customer Service, Great Food, On-Time, Excellent Chicken Wings. Chris and his team are simply the best. My family loves this wingstop location just because Chris consistently goes above and beyond. Our wings also come out exactly just as we ordered everysingle time, great taste and ontime. The food was hot and delicious! The order was ready within the given timeframe. (Friday, 20 August 2021) I was so impressed with the taste and quickness of Friday's order that we had a craving for Wingstop on Saturday. Unfortunately, the results were not as positive. The fries, both regular and cheesy, were not hot and even appeared to be old. We had to take the cheesy fries back in to get the cheese. Initially, when bringing it to their attention, we were asked to bring the entire order, 2 All-in bundles, 5pc bone-in, and regular fries, back into the store. Seriously! While trying to repack the order, the fries with cheesy sauce were brought out. What an entirely different experience than the day before! By the way, I'm not absolutely sure, because I've never paid it much attention, but I don't think we were given a 'large' veggie side. Does 5-6 pieces each of celery and carrots count as a large side?

I had Mr. Lonie Johnson Jr. Reach out to me after filling out a not so good survey about my experience at the Rosenberg location. I do appreciate the outcome of all this because we had decided not to return. He listened and will make sure his employees will make changes. After all it's the local community that keeps their income coming in.with that being said they need to take care of us.
