I just went and sat at one of the parking spots for 15 minutes waiting for someone to answer which they never did. They may have been busy I understand but to add to it I pull up (no one else in the line) and place my order created with the rudest guy with an attitude. Saying what you want and sucking his teeth when I asked for just the sandwich then saying pull around. I’ve gone to this sonic since I was a kid but I’m not going back now the service sucks don’t go here!!!

Drive through young lady was amazing. Very friendly and respectful. Chicken sandwich tested like a fast food. AMAZINGLY GRILL CHICKEN SANDWICH IS STILL ON THE MANU BUT THEY SAID IT IS DISCONTINUED. French fries were BEYOND OLD....must have been sitting under the hot lamp for a long period of time. It was dry and dehydrated to a point where I can crumble with my fingers.

I ordered through the app . Service was fast . The only reason I took a star away is because I ordered a strawberry cheesecake milkshake, but they don’t have the cheesecake to put in it yet it’s still on the menu. But Harmony was very sweet and nice enough to make me a different milkshake when I told her I didn’t want the one I ordered since they didn’t have all the ingredients . It would really help if you take the items off the menu that you don’t have anymore .

I gave 1 star because I HAD to in order to give a warning. I've visited a few times for my daughter. The service and quality of the food has consistently gotten worse. The manager, however, quickly refunded my money when I called in about an incorrect and indigestible drive thru order after my last visit. I don't care for Sonic's, but if you MUST have it, I suggest you skip this one

I couldn't hear what the lady in the Drive-Thru said, but something wasn't working, so they didn't have any ice cream for sundays. I chose a small chocolate shake. It was delicious. Not disappointed at all. Service was quick for Sunday evening.

The drive in slots did not work so do the only option was the drive-through lane. The line was 20 cars in length. When we arrived at the window we were told that we needed to pull away from the window and wait in a parking spot for 20 more minutes for our hamburgers. It took 45 minutes to get a meal at this sonic.. I will never go there again and I advise you not to waste your time!

The service was kind of slow but I have to hand it to the 2 or 3 workers. They did the best that they could. Still love the burgers, O rings and strawberry limeade.
