Waitress was nice but you could tell she was trying to rush us out so for that reason I myself being a waitress for over 20 years know not to do that so I gave Applebee's a two star.

The manager goes above and beyond to ensure that guests have a great meal in a timely fashion. There are three servers there who are truly awesome at providing s great customer experience (Louis and two females, not certain of their names - both have dark hair).
Prices are reasonable. Love the 1/2 priced apps and the Bahama Mama with the vodka instead of Captain Morgan's.

Service is always great n food is good! But, the last time I was in, I asked for an employee discount on mine and my boyfriend's food! They gave me a Golden Apple discount! I asked my boss if it mattered because I work at the Washington PA location, n he said it doesn't matter, I should have got my discount! Looks like I'm going to have to go to a different location next time!

POOR SERVICE!!.. I HAVE SERIOUS FOOD ALLERGIES {allergic to tomatoes} & ORDER FOOD WHICH DO NOT CONTAIN TOMATOES.. ORDERED STEAK QUESADILLAS, TOMATOES WERE ON IT.. ORDERED A CESAR SALAD OR CAME WITH TOMATOES.. I WAS UPSET BUT STILL ORDERED MY DINNER WHICH WAS A WEEK DONE STEAK IN WHICH TWO TIMES DID THEY HAVE TO DO THAT ORDER & IT WAS STILL NOT DONE!!.. PLUS MY GUESTS FOODS WERE COLD!!.. VERY SCARY & POOR SERVICE.. BUT I DID APPRECIATE THE WAITRESS FOR TRYING, THE MANAGER DID COME TO ADJUST THE BILL WHICH WAS APPRECIATED AS WELL.. THE EXPERIENCE OF ALMOST BEING KILLED BY FOOD ALLERGIES ON THEIR BEHALF SEVERAL TIMES WAS ONE NEVER TO FORGET!!.. MY DRINKS WERE THE ONLY THING THAT WAS GREAT AFTER BEING THERE FOR 4 HOURS WAITING TO EAT, IN WHICH @ THAT POINT WAS MUCH NEEDED 🤷🏾♀️

The food was just nasty. I have ate at several Applebee's and the food tonight was just inedible. We ordered pasta off all things to mess up. The noodles had no sauce and we're very dry. Alfredo should have Alfredo in it not just dry noodles and chicken. Out of three dinners ordered we threw them away and ate Wendy's instead.

The car side service worker was extremely nice and she deserves a raise, the food was correct and out to me quickly. Would recommend them for a weekday dinner in a pinch and affordable too
