Wendy's

The line for the drive-thru was way too long. I waited in line for 30 minutes to put Mt order in. When I got to the window to pick up my sandwich, they hadn't even made it yet.The lady who took my money was very sweet and I know it wasn't her fault for the slow service. She should be commended for her service as she was apologetic for rhe wait. At the pick-up window I saw 3 workers just milling around. Also, the burger wasn't anything outstanding.

This place is going downhill. They are always out of chili in the evenings so I drove to Wintersville just to get chili & of course they were out of it. One time I ordered a large chili, they gave me a small. I ordered no sweet ice tea, they gave me a sugary sweet drink. It seems staff just doesn’t care.

The slowest service I have ever had in my life. first I went into the lobby after 7 pm and was told the lobby is closed you need to leave so then I got on the long line for drive thru. And took them 5 five minutes to take my order then took another 5 minutes to take payment and then another 5 minutes to get my food they had all this time and Still needed up my order not happy at all. I have never had an issue with this Wendy's before I do get it

I don’t eat fast food very often. On the occasion I have it’s normally okay. Maybe a sandwich messed up. Annoying but not the end of the world. I’ll live. Went through this morning to get breakfast on my way to work because of a rough night. Placed my order through the app. When I got there I was told to go to the second window and when I arrived there was scorned (by a manager, maybe?) that they just opened and I can’t place a mobile order and even though the money had already been taken out of my account I needed to get back on the app and cancel. Okay then. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
