Taco Bell

I had been going inside recently to use the kiosk, because I like modifying my order to not include cheese & meat. But I tried to go in today (Sunday) & door was locked. Drive-thru line was out in the road & I feel like a pain telling them no cheese on anything & substitute meat for beans. I went elsewhere. Please reopen for indoor kiosk ordering.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I am a dasher and this is one of the only restaurants that I WILL NOT accept orders from anymore. I waited for 15 minutes before any of the staff even acknowledged me. Afterwards, I was told order 1 of my 2 orders hadn't been started yet and order 2 had already been picked up. I told them I needed it remade because only one driver is assigned to each order. One staff member in particular, a lady who walked with a limp (not important to my complaint but important for identification), started yelling about how I just need to drop the order. Considering my completion rate and customer satisfaction is important to me, I eventually was able to get this done. After order 2 was made (maybe 20-30 minutes after arrival) , I asked about order 1 and then was told that it wasn't even in their system. Long story short, I spent 45 minutes in total waiting patiently while staff was rude and refusing to take responsibility for their mistakes.

This place is a joke. They are supposed to be serving breakfast until 11 am and for multiple days in a row we get there at 9:30 am and they say they won’t be opening until 11 am. We even called one day to make sure and they said they were open, we pulled up to the window to no surprise and they were closed. Rude employees. whoever was on the headset both days in a row needs to get a attitude adjustment or get a different job.
