Zaxby's

Just went to Zaxbys drive through. Guy outside taking orders was very nice . Got my order at the window, and I know I should have checked it but I’ve never had a problem here before. Get home and it is not what I ordered. I called zaxbys and told them what I had ordered and it was not what I got. All the young man said was bring the ticket and the food back. So here I go back down there. When I get there I hand the girl the ticket and the bag and tell her this was not what I had ordered. She turns around and 2 other people look at it too. She reorders, when it gets ready she bags it and tells a guy to give it to me. I understand people make mistakes. But not one of them apologized! Admit your mistakes!

I just ordered here and a woman, I’m assuming the manager from her different uniform, was looking at her smart watch for a good 30 seconds before I decided to just start ordering, and she asked me to repeat everything I said. I said no veggies on one sandwich and she said “so no bacon?” Like what the heck lol and after I asked for mayonnaise on the second sandwich she made a point to tell me she would have to go in the back to tell them to add it. Ok so do it? It’s not hard to tell someone to add mayonnaise? Also the water was out in the dispenser.
