Starbucks

It’s fine but when the people are standing out front taking orders instead letting me drive to the menu to read it to then decide what I want- that doesn’t make a lot of sense . Not sure how that expedites the drive through process any better? Been sitting here 8 minutes so far. If anything it just allows for the food and drink that I ordered to become cold (food) and watered down (drink).

I used to love this Starbucks location; I'd go every day. They made the BEST coffee of all the Starbucks locations in the area. But over the past several months, something has changed. The coffee went from great to not even palatable. It varies so drastically from one visit to the next. It's too expensive to risk it any longer. Although the coffee has definitely suffered, the team of baristas has always been friendly. I'll miss them!

Kyle releases positive energy like no other human I’ve known and he has the kindest smile. I remember first seeing him a few years back at the Ulmerton location near my studio and I thought to myself he was the nicest barista ever. My boyfriend is usually the one that goes and gets us coffee so I don’t go that often except this am, I went to the drive through and Kyle was the one that gave me my order…I was impressed he remembered me and asked how I’ve been since it’s been awhile. He is truly a ray of sunshine and what else can you ask for when you are starting your day. Overall the staff and quality of this Starbucks is superb…but it should be noted that Kyle is shining star 🌟
