Excellent food. Especially the crab dip starter. Cheesy. Flavorful. Loads of lump crabmeat. Now if you're into good beer. I recommend The Devil's Backbone Vienna Lager. Goes very well with their signature burger. Don't believe me? Try it for yourself.

Hands down the best mussels I have ever had in my life! They were called Irish Mussels. Our service was great and they have a good drink selection. It was nice to come in and cool off while exploring St. Michaels. Can’t wait to go back.

This is a really great spot. The food is fresh, the drinks are cold, and the music is ON POINT! Also one of the cleanest Irish Pubs I've found in Maryland. The only reason I've given 4 stars instead of 5 is because their appetizer menu is so much better than the rest of the menu. My wife and I ordered 7 different appetizers and no entrees - every single one of them was wonderful!

The food here was pretty great and the bar tender was very nice. I was pleasantly surprised by the fish and chips, the batter on the fish had Old Bay in it. I wasn't expecting the local twist, and I was not disappointed. It would be great to see some local bands or an Open Mic type night there.

The food and service were good. It was nice that they had live music during the day. You could tell they went all out for St. Patrick's Day. I also really liked that they had a diaper changing station in the bathroom, it's always nice to find a truly family friendly pub! Very cute little spot.

As far as pubs go, they don't get better than this. The wait time for food was a bit long but worth the wait. Lots of tv's to watch a sports event. Sound is loud enough to feel like you're at a sports bar but NOT so loud you can't talk to.one another. The service was terrific and the food DELICIOUS. From fried pickles to cornedbeef sandwiches, to chicken wings to fish and chips, Shepherds pie, the food is typical IRISH PUB food but in the best way possible. The whole family really loved our stop here and we will be back often.

I love the Blackthorn irish pub. They have amazing fried pickles. Their Corn Beef is to die for. If you like Irish food this is the place to check out. The prices are very fair and the staff is always fun to talk with and hangout.

Quite good. Sheperd's Pie was authentic. Great TV set up for sports and also booths and tables away from the bar. Very good selection for original Irish whiskeys and beers.

A great bar with good beer, service and food - what more could you ask for? A nice relaxed atmosphere with good bar service which is lacking in other bars/restaurants in the town. Sports coverage and casual live music makes this bar a must for all visitors to St Micheals.

Great pub. Watched the world cup. Enjoyed the burgers. Some in our party liked the fries, others didn't. Conor, our waiter, was great - very helpful.
