The food is fast to get out and it tastes quite good. I like the waffle fries and their sauces go great with the breaded chicken nuggets. The honey bbq sauce is my favorite for sure. I've been here three times and I always have a good experience. The people are always friendly and it's a nice place to have lunch and get away from work for a little while.

Audrey and her team is amazing. The chicken was fresh cooked perfectly and every expectation was met. Tenders are fresh every 4 minutes. You can't go wrong. Even the restrooms were immaculate. Fast food done right. PDQ, I hope you're listening. Audrey needs to be in every store you have in North Florida.

Yesterday I went there with my daughter to meet her mom a d her daughter. We were greeted warmly and our food came out fast. The gentleman that took the food to the table was very helpful, polite, and pleasant. Thank you for filling out bellies and serving us with a smile.

The staff are always pleasant and the food is great. Not over greasy like many chicken joints. Their custom sauce is great! I will say I am upset about their recent decision to use cups they knew leaked. I understand they cannot help their vendor had poor quality cups deliver, but they do have choice on their path forward. Smart choice: return them and purchase cups from the Publix right around the corner.

Very good the first time we went, so we went back second time and all food was tasteless and dry. Wife's salad had a plastic after-taste to it. Kids nuggets and my sandwich had that "left under the warmer to long texture." We told them about the food, they did give the kids free milk shakes. We will not be back.

First time stopping by. Tried the crispy chicken sandwich and waffle fries. Crispy chicken and flavorful waffle fries. Quick service through the drive thru.

So, I'm not necessarily reviewing the place as much as PDQ because the staff was awesome and they were timely with my order and everything. I'm mainly just disappointed with PDQ as a company and how much their food has changed during the pandemic. First off, what happen to their house made shoestring fries? They now have waffle fries(attempting to be like Chick Fila I assume) that I can literally tell come frozen in a bag and just fried on site. Next, why are their tenders so different? The breading is too equal all around and looks like it's pre-breaded before arriving to the restaurant. I remember that PDQ always had a bit of an irregular breading but I knew it was because it was breaded right on site and was extremely fresh and almost always made to order. I once had a manager give my husband and I new tenders because he felt the ones we got were not fresh enough even though we did not complain or say anything. He even gave us a gift card for the inconvenience. I understand that the pandemic shifted many of the logistics for fast food but this was an amazing chicken place and I cannot express my disappointment enough at how much it has changed. If everything is coming in frozen and just ready to fry, at the very least work on your recipes and make sure its of decent quality. I would rather go to popeyes or zaxbys if that's the case because at least they are being original to what their company stands for and it takes decent even though it's not fresh. I won't be going back to PDQ anymore and it saddens me that a Florida establishment has fallen so low.
