I work close to this location and visit it frequently. During 110 degree day I ask for a refill and was denied. Literally the third drink I had purchased that day. Morning shift is cool evening shift needs to learn a thing or two about being decent humans I work out in this heat must be nice to work in an AC building when it feels like 110 out with 90% humidity. I always ask for sweet and sour sauce, and the last few times, the girl hands me my bag, and I ask if the sauce is in the bag. Both times, different girls, each smiles and says yes, despite there being no sauce in the bag. Why lie? I just don’t get it.

Best McDonald's I've ever been to. Fries were full and salted, sandwich literally looked like it came out of a commercial. Employees were kind and respectful.

Food was decently prepared and I did a mobile order with drive thru pickup. The gal who handed me my food said absolutely nothing. No greeting or thanks or anything.

Two times in a row I paid for extra syrup and they forgot. What’s so frustrating is I asked the lady who handed me the food and I asked did you add the extra syrup and she said it’s in the bag. She flat out lied. Two years ago best McDonald’s around now terrible!!!!!! New manager maybe , if so needs to be fired!!!

I recently Moved to the area and have been amazed by how busy this McDonald’s is given how poorly it performs. I have Been 4 times all through the drive thru and every single time my order has been wrong. I’ve never had every order wrong in the past i think Something weird is going on with this location .

Ordered a number 5, two large fries, and a chocolate milk. Got home and two of the three larges fries were not even half full. I wish I could post a picture here. The amount of fries would not even fill a small bag of fries. Now I have to go back out and get my daughter some more, since all she wanted was fries.
