Burger King

the one star is because the whopper tasted good. the chicken nuggets were gross and the whole place was gross and uncleanly. The people that ordered before us were waiting 20 min for their food. we got ours fast enough but like I said it, the nuggets looked old and so did our other sandwiches. the kids play area looks like it's never been cleaned, which is a shame because it looks pretty cool. if you're not there for the whopper, dont go.

My only complaint was the cashier's attitude. She didn't bother outing in that the sandwiches were to be plain. And when I brought them back to the counter, she made faces. The other people were pretty nice though. And once corrected...the food was good. My kids loved the play area. Also: no changing table in the restrooms. 🤷‍♀️

So I took the grandkids last night as we were crazy busy at home. The girls got kids meals, my husband a burger, and I ordered a chicken club salad. We sat down to eat in a completely empty restaurant after waiting over ten minutes. My salad came with no cheese or croutons. The kid behind the counter said they didn'tdidn't have any cheese then put some on. The manager then said it never came with croutons. I said I had checked the description online to make sure I wasn't mistaken as I hadn't been in BK in some time. His reaction was that he would like to see it because it didn't come with any. As we were getting ready to leave we ordered two grilled chicken sandwiches, onion rings and fries for family at home. The chicken was inedible it was so dried out, the onion rings were burned to a crisp and the fries were raw. Now I know why it has been so long since I went there. And every table in the kids area was filthy!

The food was average. Fairly standard ‘fast’ style food, however that doesn’t leave much to bring customers back. The biggest selling point is this location has an indoor child play area. When we placed our order the cashier although friendly, seemed a bit timid. I’m curious about the staff, they can’t even keep the order counter clean. What else are they unconcerned about cleaning? The drink station is untidy and lids did not fit well. Overall this location doesn’t seem interested in the customer experience and is best avoided.

We came here for a late night snack and were treated very bad. The lady on the drive thru yelled at us to go to the window when we could not hear her properly. And at the window a different girl was polite but was yelled at by the first lady (who I believe was the manager) who approach the window and closed it in our face. We decided to leave and go to sonic across the street. Skip this place

We love Burger King its a special treat for my kids....but my goodness. Ordered at 8pm and literally sat at the window for 19 mins...we were the ONLY car. Shake machine down. Only had certain items on the kids menu...ect ect. Get home and the order was wrong forgot 3 items... just unexpected...also the food for having to wait was not hot or even lukewarm. We live 3-5 mins away. SEVERELY disappointed

It's Burger King. The food is good and the people are generally friendly and helpful. They've never gotten my prefer wrong or forgotten anything I ordered. The place is worn and usually not as clean as I would like, but it's fine. Overall, it's quite average among Burger King restaurants and fast food generally.
