For the last 15 years, I have eaten at several different Betos locations. The Springville location exceeds all others when it comes to consistency - it never disappoints! Plus, many of the staff have worked there for over a decade, which is always a good sign. I won't eat at any other Betos location - it's worth the wait (and the drive!). Don't forget to grab the carrots and jalapeños!
I always get more food in one setting than I can handle, the food tastes great, the place is always clean and very fast service
In and out in 30 minute's
These guys are fast and there carne asada fries are amazing, and there burritos are so good. There portion sizes are big enough you can feed a small army or have leftovers for days.
Not bad at all. I always get the Carne Asada Fries burrito, and it's amazing. Not too expensive, but it's a step up over fast food. It's around $10 for a burrito. Sometimes if you go in the morning around breakfast they give you soup.

I like this restaurant. Every time I order the food is consistently good, the service is great, that's why I always go back.
Beto's is a true hidden gem, especially if you're in the mood for a late-night snack. Located in a bustling part of town, this place is open all night long and offers a wide selection of delicious food to keep you satisfied.
Over the years, Beto's has increased its prices, but one thing that has remained constant is the quality of their food. Their bacon and egg breakfast burrito is a standout item on the menu and is definitely worth a try. Picture a warm, soft tortilla filled with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and melted cheese. It's the perfect blend of flavors and textures that will leave your taste buds dancing.
But the burrito isn't the only thing on the menu worth mentioning. Beto's also serves up some seriously tasty tacos, quesadillas, and nachos. And if you're in the mood for something sweet, their churros are a must-try.
The ambiance of Beto's is casual and laid-back, with colorful decorations and friendly staff who are always happy to help you with your order. It's the perfect spot to grab a quick bite with friends or to refuel after a night out on the town.
One thing to keep in mind is that Beto's can get pretty busy, especially during peak hours. But don't let that discourage you, as the food is well worth the wait. Plus, their efficient service ensures that you won't have to wait too long for your order.
All in all, if you're looking for a reliable and delicious spot to grab some food in the middle of the night, Beto's is the place to go. With a variety of tasty options and friendly service, it's easy to see why this place has become a local favorite.
Rolled tacos are the way to go. I get them with no lettuce because the lettuce is always wet and makes a puddle of water in the bottom of the container. That makes them soggy.
Food and service are always excellent! They have moved accross the street, and the drive-thru always has a long line. If you can, go inside to order.
My go to is usually the Norteno Burrito but there is plenty of variety though. Always polite workers. Fast as they can be making it to order. I LOVE how they're open helluva late/early. Keep it up Springville Beto's! My favorite Utah Mexican food.
Just moved out to springville from saratoga and I gotta say, first trip to this betos was great! Their menu is slightly different then the other betos I usually go to so I ended up placing my order wrong but after letting them know my order seemed wrong they informed me of what the differences in menu options where, then happily re made my food. The staff is very kind and went above and beyond with a smile even though it was my bad, which definitely wouldn't happen at the other betos. I highly recommend them, and a huge thank you to the ladies at the register, you guys rock!
