This is a great place for a dinner date, or for lunch with friends. Brightly colored walls, South-of-the-Border motifs, friendly and efficient waitstaff. There's a full bar, seven kinds of margaritas, house made sangria, and the menu is seven pages long. Lots of lunch specials. (This is the only Southern Tier restaurant I've found that offers horchata - and it comes in chilled mugs!) The portions are generous, beautifully plated, and steaming hot. The music is cheerful Mexican pop. I've posted a photo of my dinner which was large shrimp in a spicy green chile pepper, covered with a cream sauce. It was delicious!

We've been to this place multiple times in the past, but today was the worst by far. We ordered two regular taco salads and an extra order of chips and salsa. What we got was two "taco salads" and an extra order of salsa, no extra chips. And I put the taco salads part in quotes due to both of them looking more like a taco soup. Almost no beef in both (between both we had maybe a spoon full of beef), little to no lettuce, so much sour cream that it was literally like eating a soup. Disappointed to say the least. Won't be ordering the taco salad again if we even go back there any time soon.

Muy bueno!! Chips, salsa, pollo, beef all with great flavor. Rice was also very good (unusual). Nice portions and price. We'd definitely go back!

Food was so so. Was expecting more flavor. Was pretty plain but super big portions and staff was super friendly. Prices were decent too.

Speedy, consistent, delicious food that has quality service with a smile. I love it there and go about 2 times a month for years now and I drive 30 min to get there from Buffalo. So worth it 🤤🤤 this is the Burrito Bamba with no shell, no onions. I never eat all of it so I don't waste getting what I won't really eat.

We had an awful experience at Fiesta Bamba. We we’re told upon arrival the restaurant was very busy and while we could get a table, the wait for food would be between 30-40 minutes, which was fine. We were seated and our waitress brought our chips and salsa and took our drink order, brought back our drinks (no issues here) and took our food order. When our food arrived, my wife and I both received the wrong entrée (we had both ordered the Enchiladas Mexicanas, and we were given the Quesadilla Mexicana). Our friend was also given the wrong side with her main dish, and I was missing a side of refried beans. Our waitress had not been the server who delivered our food, so when our waitress came to check on us, we told her we had been given the incorrect entrée’s. She proceeded to tell us that we were wrong and that was what we had ordered. When we insisted that we had ordered the enchiladas, our waitress pulled out her order sheet to prove we had ordered the Quesadilla, only to read off that we had, in fact, both ordered the enchiladas and that was what she had written down. With that issue now resolved, we were told it would probably be another half hour to get our correct food, so we both opted to stick with the quesadilla. I asked for some hot sauce and another margarita and my wife asked for some of the enchilada red sauce for her quesadilla. Our waitress came back with the missing side of beans, and the hot sauce and red sauce, which we were told would have been an extra $1.50 each, but there would be no charge due to the order mix up. The fact that this restaurant does not simply have bottles of hot sauce to choose from that doesn’t cost extra puzzles me. She also brought me my margarita, which was not the same flavor size or even color as the first margarita that I had ordered. At the end of dinner, our waitress offered us a free (single) Mexican Ice Cream, and showed us on the bill that I wouldn’t be charged for my 2nd (incorrect) margarita. When she brought the bill back, she informed us her manager wouldn’t let us have the free margarita, so I had to pay for the incorrect drink anyway. In addition, the two sauces that were supposed to be free were not. The fact that we were given the wrong food, and then told that we were the ones who had made a mistake, coupled with a manager who couldn’t be bothered to care about unsatisfied customers, pretty much made up our minds that we’ll never be going back.
