I've been here once before without much issue, but my most recent visit resulted in waiting 10 minutes to even be acknowledged at a drive-up stall. That never happened so we went through the drive through and proceeded to place our order and then wait thirty more minutes for three milkshakes. We were told they were having "technical issues" with their ice cream. If that was the case they probably should have mentioned it when we placed our order, or at least had the courtesy to send someone out to apologize and explain the situation.

Slowest sonic I've ever been to. And it's not like I had that problem once, I had it 4-5 times experiencing them taking 20 minutes to get one drink out. I finally stopped going to this sonic when I got their shakes there. It was watery and tasted basically like milk, not like the strawberry banana I ordered. Also the shakes had no banana or strawberry chunks like they normally do. I experienced these shakes twice before I was just done with this sonic.

My wife and I work in the Springville area and thought we'd try the local Sonic for lunch. We hit the red "place your order" button then proceeded to wait 15 minutes and STILL never had anyone attend us. After several follow-up attempts we decided to leave and find another lunch option. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. I can understand a rush lunch hour, but you at LEAST need to acknowledge the customer and let them know about the wait time.....we're never going back to this location again.

This place is a complete JOKE!!! We ordered some shakes both were disgusting. That's being nice. We sent one back and asked them to remake it just a plan strawberries shake. They would not refund us the difference of the cost of the nasty shake vs the strawberry such a joke. Every time we come here there is an issue. They should really should have someone here that can do simple math. Never returning! So disappointing:(

They acknowledge that we were there, but then we waited over a half hour to get the food. They forgot items and had to keep going back in. This happened four times !! At that point I got out of my car and went inside. It was the most unusable set up ever. No wonder it takes so freaking long. The manager listened to me with a blank stare on her face, at some point I mentioned that at least our shakes should be free. Going tonight to see if I can actually get the free shake for having to endure such poor poor customer service. Wish me luck!

The service here is lacking. Every time I go for a "quick" milkshake, it takes forever. And don't even try going in the summer for a half-price milkshake. The ice cream machines can't keep up with the demand and you end up getting cold cream with candy in it.

Today my mother and I ordered a frozen lemonade and a limeade at 7:40 PM. And currently it is 8:30 PM and absolutely nothing. They said they're doing the best they can, but they're helping those through drive through and not us who are parked. Everyone who is coming after us had left and we have not been helped at all.

The Good: Happy Hour (from 2 pm to 4 pm) is the best time to get drinks, because they are half off! You can get a large, luscious beverage for about $1 during this time. My favorite? Strawberry Limeade... Yumalicious!
The Bad: It can get very busy... I've waited over 15 minutes just to be attended, although times are generally better in the drive thru.
The Ugly: the regular food is often sub par; my last visit, the tartar tots were cold, and the hot dog we got was not very good.
Bottom Line: Stick to the drinks during Happy Hour, or Shakes after 8 pm (also half off at that time), and you won't be disappointed!
