Beginning with Tihana the hostess who was charming, to Annie the server who was AWESOME, to Arnold the runner moving too quick - amazing. This Outbacks crew is AWESOME. Well done David the manager, continue displaying good leadership.

From the time you enter you feel welcome. They're ready to seat you right away with a smile. The waiter is there within minutes to greet you.
Menus have a good choice of food to select from. Cost of food is budget friendly. Service is prompt and food is always tasty. Can't find a better place for the whole family to eat out and have a good time.

Our server, Annie, at the Springfield, VA restaurant, was phenomenal. Our party of 6 each had individual attention; she was knowledgeable and engaging. Kudos to Annie on a job well done!!

First time back after 2-3 years. The food was very good and the service was fine. Our steaks were cooked perfectly. Noise level was low. Only downside was limited soup options.

This Outback never disappoints. Seated quickly and they accommodated those in our party with walking limitations. The servers were prompt and checked in regularly. The food was cooked the way we ordered it. We had a variety of orders, shrimp, chicken, steak and lobster tails... all came out hot together.

We are regulars here but we've never had the chance to be served by Ty. Ty was so refreshing, very open and helped us pick the perfect drink. Her suggestions were spot on. She is fabulous and I will ask to be seated by her again!

Sat with my server Ty at around 9 she was GREAT! a table walked in at around 9:20 for 7 people. Ty got them sat, we were in the process of cashing out. the table was SO RUDE!!! they were talking every time she went to the back, she brought out the drinks and before she sat the drinks down they were asking where is the ice for drinks like just rude! they didn’t give her a chance to do anything. once she brought the drinks I heard them ask her is there a problem and Ty said yes there is you guys are rude i’ve been nothing but nice and you guys are very rude. she got the manager kirk they requested, and when they all walked away i heard the mother say to the table if she keeps talking i’ll come back there. when the manager confronted the table, they lied and said that she was talking to the daughter but they weren’t at all, that’s a huge lie! they were very disrespectful and my dad almost said something. also at 10pm they added about 5 more people so it went to like 13 people. They were very rude, very demanding. no respect. Ty was great and i feel bad because she’s very nice but it was ridiculous!!!! i thinks he managers should’ve kicked them out. but he was patient.

My family went here a few weeks back and was served by Chris, who was such a fun and lively waiter! Truly one of the best we’ve seen, very friendly and funny. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very heartwarming, and the staff genuinely seemed to be so supportive and kind to each other! Will definitely return soon!

Ty was great! By far the best service in the restaurant industry! Very polite, and awesome at her job! She should honestly run the place! The manager has a poor attitude but Ty, makes up for it! Great and out going person! Can’t wait to see her again!

Grabbed lunch and was taken care of by Ronny the bartender. There was one server, one bartender and one host. They moved through the place with ease, ensuring everyone was taken care of. Great food, great customer service, and just a fantastic experience. Keep up the good work!!!
