We ordered the calzone. They said we could only have 3 toppings. It was good, but small. If your hungry better order two.

Used to love Papa John’s but simply since being switched to a call center that takes orders has made us stop ordering. Last time we ordered pizza whatever company used to run credit cards was flagged as fraudulent activity and card was locked. Literally from ordering pizza. We call to get one large pepperoni pizza with parm crust and it costs $30?!?! I called dominos and got a large pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni and breadsticks and with the delivery fee it was only $24. Just not worth the hassle to talk to people who barely speak English and are hard to understand.

Whenever I was ordering my food, the lady taking my order was very rude. She had an attitude, and she was rushing me the whole time. When talking on the phone to a customer, you are supposed to be professional. If she doesn’t like the job she is at, she should get a new one because that was very unprofessional.

We used to love Papa Johns. Something must have changed because we received horrible customer service after a Papa Johns related issue incorrectly processed our order. It took over an hour to receive only half of our order, and when we called, the manager said we’d need to call the call center and then reorder, and it would take the same long process to be made and delivered. Very cold, unprofessional service. Sad this place has gone down hill.

I had a sandwich from one of the North side locations the other day and it was super delicious. I wanted to try the burger one; this is what I received. — Now it’s the only thing I ordered, so it was the only thing I had to rate.

I don't know what has happened to papa John's but I am about done. My order took over an hour to get, which I can live with, but when you don't get everything you ordered it's just frustrating. I was too mad to call them back last night because I was afraid it would take another hour for the correction. Just frustrating.

Everytime i go in there is an argument lol. I sat down and waited for a pizza for 1 hour and thwy had nobodt inside the store except me.
