Mcdonald's

The employees were as slow and as minimalistic as they could be on top of being super rude. The fries were entirely unsalted. Had to ask for ketchup twice because they each time only gave me a few little packages. In the bathroom one stall was locked so that nobody would use it and the other stall was out of toilet paper. Would not recommend!

One star feels generous. Rude, slow, and inaccurate are the words that best describe this store and its employees. Normally I wouldn't bother leaving a review for a McDonald's, because you pretty much know what you're gonna get, but this place is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. You'd be wise to avoid this store, folks. Employees were eating behind the counter and on their phones while I waited 20 minutes for an online order that was supposed to have been ready by the time I got there. I stood there while they fulfilled 5 in store orders and another online order (for which no one had arrived yet), before they even started my order. Then, surprise, they forgot the french fries (perhaps on purpose? Idk). When I went back, they didn't apologize and refused to fix it. One lady raised her voice to me, when I asked for the fries. 😳 Like wow. I'm actually kind of impressed. In fact I'm starting to believe that this McDonald's really loves me and it's me who has the problem...

Very friendly staff when at the time I was there. A lot of the staff is always new, and they all seem to have little experience. At night, they close a couple hours early because they are very short staffed. Too bad they don't get paid as hard as they work. If McDonald's paid more, they wouldn't have a staffing problem (from asking the staff).

I live 5mins away from location. I ordered a cheese burger plain, small fry, double quarter pounder only cheese and a large fry. All was cold. My dog didn't complain about cheese burger and small fry. Very disappointed in company and service. No read back on order. No receipt. No communication between employee and myself. Not returning

I waited in line for 15 minutes for a quarter pounder and 4 chicken nuggets. When the worker comes back she brings a cup holder thing with two drinks in it. She went back and got my order. Expect when I opened the bag I got a double quarter pounder and 8 chicken nuggets box with 10 chicken nuggets in it. Should I be complaining though?

The hours are NOT 24 hours. The app says they close at 1am. I ordered in the app, drove to the location, checked in at 12:15, and waited at the order screen for over 5 minutes. I then pulled around to the window, and saw 2 employees who saw me and they just kept on doing whatever they were doing. Then all of the lights went off at 12:30 with a line full of people.
