I went to McDonald's this morning on South grand and normally they tell you your total at the window either I didn't hear her or she didn't say it and I pulled up to the next window to get my food and they handed me someone else's food, so I told her that wasn't mine and so then she got my order to me. As I was looking at my bank online later I realized that I actually paid for the other order that I didn't order. I didn't have my receipt anymore but I called and talked to Sarah she informed me that she would take my honesty and refund the money no problem. Thanks Sarah for being so helpful.

Very friendly staff when at the time I was there. A lot of the staff is always new, and they all seem to have little experience. At night, they close a couple hours early because they are very short staffed. Too bad they don't get paid as hard as they work. If McDonald's paid more, they wouldn't have a staffing problem (from asking the staff).
