Karmen is the BEST employee I've met in fast food, and we keep coming back just to see her, and she always does perfect.
She deserves a raise for sure

You know why I keep five stars for Jack because right now on the front of these storm and they have a sign I mean for everybody or employees I mean not for employees but offer customer service do we have to understand we don't have no people working and they're kind of short staff and that's good because like that we all have to understand that short stuff and there's nobody to take care open the dining that's why I give it five stars because finally somebody did something good for we can understand like us why the dining is closed

Never been to a jack in the box and was excited that my kids could get burgers and I could get Chinese. Food was good, price was good. Being open at 10pm was a definite plus.

The workers are always very nice, 99.9% of the time your food order is correct. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because when you order they always make you pull around to the front of the store BUT you never wait long after having to do that. It's just an inconvenience. All in all I like this one!

I was hungry so I stopped by to eat. I got some tacos poppers egg rolls and a drink, when the guy Matthew took my order he was really polite and made sure everything was correct when I got my order every thing was freshly made, I got all my sauces I asked for was greeted with a smile, and was very impressed with the service! 5 stars!
