It had been a while since I had been to this location, so we decided to stop by for lunch. The staff was super friendly, and there was a little lunch rush, but they worked through the line quickly and had orders coming out at a good pace, too. We each ordered a bahn mi and a tea. The chicken bahn mi was delicous, and my husband really enjoyed his beef one with an added fried egg. My pomegranate peach tea with basil seeds was absolutely delicious, and I now think I'll be choosing basil seeds over boba.

I love getting my Thai ice tea here with mini Boba is very delicious and refreshing. Their mango smoothie is amazing I always get more than 2 drinks here everyone at home loves this place. Prices are decent and they always have great deals on their drinks. Definitely my to go place staff is always nice and fast they also have a cute little set up to sit down play a few games. Definitely my favorite spot.

Great drinks and great service! Only thing they are lacking is later hours for a place that’s supposed to be a hangout spot. They have a nice ambiance, it’s just a shame they close so early.

Their coconut cream tea is one of the best I have had. Truly delicious bubble tea. Staff was friendly. Lovely little spot to grab a delicious drink. Plan to come back and try the sandwiches as they look amazing.

Little store but cute. Staff friendly and had great knowledge of the products they sell. The store has in and out clients. Relax and quiet. The Thai tea was good but flavor soft, I prefer strong, but was ok. The tuna sandwich was very good, I added avocado and tomato..... Very good recommend the tuna sandwich! Not to great, they have only one restroom for all gender and for all clients and workers there plus several people no customer used it.

Solid boba spot….many boba spots have too many fancy flavors without any off the classic ones. Plenty of classic options here with reasonable options. This’ll probably be my go to spot for something close to home👌
