There was a power outage after the storm in my area, every restaurant was busy. Jack in the Box was busy, but they kept the line moving. It's been awhile since I've had Jack in the Box, and I was starving lol. Friendly and polite service, I received my order quickly. It was worth it to stop by.

The location in Hempstead Tx is horrible. From the service all the way to the food. All of the staff was standing around conversations instead of taking orders through the drive thru. It was only one car at the window waiting and I waiting over 12 mins to place and order for something. I ask and the staff is going to say do not honk at me, and wouldn't take my order not knowing what was going on behind me at the time. I made the wise and yes better yet choice to go to a much nicer and very excellent location with great staff.

This Jack in the Box location is always positive encouraging upbeat happy. Never a bad day here. Food is always fresh thoughtful extra napkins upselling for other items of good idea cuz sometimes I forget. Can't tell you enough good things because even when I walk in I get the same great attentive service! You're really cooking Jack!
