Finally a coffee-focused place in the northern suburbs!!! Coffee aficionados- go here!!! They will do v60, aero press, Chemex, French press and other methods- whatever method your coffee-loving-heart desires! You can choose from a great selection of their house roasted beans. I wish they had more light roasts, but the one light roast, Ethiopian Sidamo was delicious. Great place! Oh, and they also had an amazing dessert selection. I couldn’t resist the opera cake.

Beautiful coffee shop, one thing I noted was how well put together it was with beautiful spacious furniture. We didn’t try any coffee because we went in just for beans but because of how beautiful it is inside we will be returning very soon. Can’t wait to try the beans also. Only thing I would request is for the coffee bean bags to be dated.

I can not even say enough about this awesome cafe. I went earlier in the week and had me that lavender latte omg. Best drink I have had in a LONG time. I mean the flavors just moved my spirit. When I tell you that the coffee tasted great , I can’t even explain how good the house coffee is. I could taste the passion that went into my cup. So I went back, of course. And the milk and honey latte. Nombre kiss kiss Barbarossa is it for me. Thank you so much and I will see you soon.

The lady was very helpful on deciding a drink, considering I am not a coffee connoisseur by any means. She informed me that it is usually a low traffic place,so along with the chill ambiance and nice seating area, makes for a great place if you want a cozy quiet place to study, read,or get any kind of work done! This will be my spot moving forward!

This place is great! Staff was super friendly and helpful with all questions I had and even gave me recommendations. Coffee was delicious and so we're the pastries. I will say the chorizo bites needed flavor but the rest of what I got was delicious. Definitely coming back to try other things and coffees.

Lovely shop and helpful staff. Thought the prices were bit high in general, but the quality was fantastic. Love the atmosphere and enjoyed a couple different options from the bar as well as bought some coffee and one of their awesome t-shirts.. would definitely recommend to anyone in the area, or anyone wanting to try good coffee.

Another AMAZING coffee shop in the Houston area! With two locations, it's hard not to stop and try it! The coffee, chocolate cake and grilled cheese (with a side of buffalo sauce) are all delicious! Great seating options both inside and out for you to come and relax, work or catch up with friends. Vibes are everything here.

We enjoyed a matcha latte , Greek coffee with oat milk and a Vietnamese coffee with coconut milk. All three were delicious! It’s a nice quiet place , soft music. Looks like a nice place to do some work and study, they also have a variation of food.

Great european Café, was on vacation from Germany and was looking for a familiar Coffee place, since I like to go to local French and German Cafés. American coffee usually tends to be watery and twisted. I dont want to drink another caffeinated softdrink with caramel or some other dreck. I want 99,1% pure coffee. Let's talk about the craftmanship of a Barista at Barbarossa. Their work ain't just art, it's chemistry. Basic chemistry to be precise. Strong cautiously chosen beans, processed in a roaster and nicely grinded into a brownish powdered educt with a distinct pleasant scent, and finally brewed in a glass or portafilter apparatus under heat, steam and pressure into a highly consumable product. Thank you guys, loved your Café. Felt welcomed and enjoyed every minute. Food was awesome, definitely 3 Michelin. Atmosphere was great for studying and reading. Next time I come to Houston, Barbarossa will be on top of my trip list. The only thing that I regret is that I forgot to buy a pack of roasted beans, feel free to hit me up on that. Tamam.
