This is the second Taco Bell I’ve visited this week and the service and staff is always professional and food comes out great. Visited around 12:30pm lunch hour 8919 Spring Cypress Rd.

there's a tablet to order your food, free wifi and free refills, and it's very clean. what more could you ask for from a fast food place?

If you don't mind ringing yourself up at the kiosk, they make good food. It's surprisingly not that busy.

Very modern Taco Bell. The decor was aesthetically pleasing, the food is always good because Taco Bell, and they have a kiosk to place orders, which is great for quiet extroverts like me. It's my go to place when I'm on that side of town.

Pretty alright, the food is pretty much just Taco Bell, but the service has always been quick and the employees are always kind, would go again

Great Taco Bell location with friendly and helpful staff. I placed a mobile order and wanted a Baja Blast, but the mobile app only offer Baja Blast Zero. When I got there to pick up my order, the worker asked if I wanted regular or zero!
Service was fast and the order was accurate!

Stopped by after work on a Saturday night. Greeted by Ian (per the receipt) and order was taken promptly. He was very friendly and provided great customer service.
Food was brought out by another gentleman employee and he was also very friendly.
Customer service in the fast food industry has been disappointing in the past few years, but this Taco Bell and these 2 seemed to value customers and even provided friendly service!

Dylan was a great example of customer service tonight! I went thru drive thru and after I gave him my card to pay, he promptly gave me a small cup of water, "this is for your dog".. My heart dropped.. it's the little touches... And this one was it!
I'm so happy and thankful that he waited on me tonight.. Taco Bell - take care of him, he's a keeper!
This made my night.. and I would further recommend this location for all furbaby drive thru parents!

This was my first Taco Bell visit in Texas since probably 2012. This location does a great job and the staff is super friendly and helpful. $5 for a huge box of nachos and a drink - pretty good deal, and quality was good? A billion calories, but yeah I knew what I was getting into.
