Domino's Pizza

Usually my experience with this business has been positive for the most part. I enjoy the fact that the wait times for carry-out are always very reasonable. But be careful what you wish for... this last time I called and ordered a chicken Alfredo bread bowl with extra chicken and extra alfreado sauce, as this is 99% the only thing I ever order. This time I picked up my ordered and left to go to work 10 mins away. I still had time before my shift started so I opened up my box to start enjoying my dinner. Some of the chicken was still a little cold, and alot of the dough for the bread bowl wasn't even cooked (see photos). I called to complain and was immediately given an attitude by the person I spoke with, who claimed I had previously complained about a pizza I ordered there (I never order pizza...EVER). I spoke calmly as I was badgered by the employee or manager I was speaking to. Then was told they could give me a credit for the same thing in the future or I could come in and get my money back. I obviously didn't have time to go back as my shift was about to start and I would be busy for the next 10 hrs. So I went the rest of the night without eating and trying to get the taste of raw dough out of my mouth. Very disappointed in the quality of the food this time but what upsets me more is the way I was treated when I called to bring the issue to their attention. I order from this place at least 3 or 4 times a week.... well this encounter has definitely changed my mind and I'm not sure I want to give this Domino's my business anymore.

Extremes in business experiences drive reviews. This is one such experience. As I entered dominos today, it was obvious there were too few workers. An unfortunate sign of our time. Regardless of being overworked (probably under paid), I was greeted with smiles and cheer. I announced to the upbeat employees, a personal reason to celebrate. They all chimed in and celebrated with me. I have frequented this location when on dinner desperation for a pizza. The staff are always friendly and accommodating with a timely pizza. Should things not be so timely, they have always been apologetic. Thank you for service and thank you for a fair price and good pizza.

Service in contempt of customers At 9:30 ish ordered one (1) cheese pizza. After 10 minutes or so tracker said the pizza was ready. We asked for it at the counter. No dice. Another 20 minutes pass. Our order is taken off the tracker. We ask for the pizza. No dice. Several orders are registered and actually sent out after ours. My associate overhears a young man ask his manager about our order. She replies, “I already made cooked that cheese pizza once, I’m not making it again. I think it burned in the oven or something.” All told we get our pizza an hour after the order was supposedly “ready” according to the tracker. I applaud the heroism of the young man who took it upon himself to actually make our pizza and give it to us - regardless, I recommend any readers take their business elsewhere.
