Good food. Love the fries. The service - not so much. Cashier was very nice, but we were waiting in a long line and there was one cashier. The cashier received a phone call from a customer putting in a phone order. He received help from a colleague to enter the phone order and everyone waiting in line had to wait while someone who phoned in and paid for their order over the phone. The two employees took care of the phone order. Why would a customer ever wait in line? You can phone in your order from the back of the line and make everyone in front of you wait. Process improvement needed 100%.

Like always great good burgers and fries. The selection of drinks was almost none existent. Would have given 4 stars for that but let's be honest with supply chain issues you can't hold it against them.

Mix between fast food and a few notches up. I mean that in a good way. Portions are decently large and the food is better than you'll find at most other burger joints.

The woman who works at the register and wears way too much makeup for someone of that age. (My mom said after 60 is when a women can finally let go). Anyone super disprespectful and impatient while I put my money away.

Sometimes this location is good, and sometimes it’s a real waste of money. Order a large fries and get enough sometimes to feed a sports team. Ordered a small today, and you can count the number of fries on your fingers. Plus, they were cold, and the burgers were a lot messier than usual. Very disappointed.

Food is just okay, but not worth the price. Doesn't really live up the hype. Go to KFC or some other such establishment and you'll get more bang for your buck. Workers don't really seem to gaf, can't blame them but it's to be noted. The fries are genuinely the worst fast food fries I can remember having. They taste old, they're dry, they're worse than if you made frozen fries from Walmart in your oven, genuinely.

Amazing staff with spacious seating area. The location is perfect with enough parking. The best cheeseburger I’ve ever had. The toilet is in good conditions, however some customers make a mess and leave it so it’ll be great if the staff check it regularly to make sure it is well maintained.
