Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

First time with the children who had been before... walk in no greeting, floor was very sticky which seem odd for a food establishment. After getting our goods the attendant was more helpful and show customer service as we checkout. Since its self service it would be helpful to ask at the beginning..if you need assistance just ask. Every little bit helps.... I'm giving a 4 due to the fact that the children likes it

Im not much for ice cream or frozen yogurt. But in a hot day the sherbet is quite refreshing. I went with the pineapple and fruit punch swirled together. If you don't know about the combination you can sample it first. This chain is just like all the other frozen yogurt places in that it gets expensive when you add the topings. They will have just about everything to put on it, and before you know it your treat will cost 8 bucks. My small amount of pineapple with cherries was still almost 4 dollars. Though it's pricey it's still nice as a once in awhile treat, but this place doesn't stand out as anything special.

This Menchie's is well stocked and the yogurt choices were prime! The area around the food is clean, but the floors are always a bit dingy. The store is a bit small, and the employees are often in the back. Just call out if you need service, they are always kind and ready. When deliveries are coming in it gets hectic, and when students fill in at night, but otherwise great service!

First time visiting at this location and the customer service was very unfriendly. The only white girl employee working there Sunday Feb 23, made my grandchildren and I feel very unwelcomed. She never offered any CS accommodation for first time guests. Rushed us out of the facility after taking our funds. Very very Rude. Will not ever be revisiting this Menchie's location again. #retrainingneeded

Always fun with kids. Everyone can pick what kind and how much ice cream to have. The toppings are endless and delish! Only four stars because two of the flavors only had runny melted ice cream dripping from the spout ... very disappointing to my children and myself as well. When I brought it to the attention of the staff member working the shop she didn't seem very phased by it. An empty sign would have been an appropriate solution.
