it was very early in the morning & it was snowing like crazy. it was only one employee & she did a great job taking care of everyone. my food was fresh & i was taken back because sometimes when it’s just one person they are under pressure and are trying to get everything done but nope not her. that started my morning off great!

Horrible service. Management sorry. Not overseeing the employees. Person gave kid size scoop of ice-cream. . Called back and manager told me she wouldn't give me free ice-cream. I said they gave me the wrong size. You can keep it. I order same thing 3 times per week. You won't be able to keep me. It's been awhile nothings changed they still suck. Won't be back.

This girl is handling money and she touched my ice cream cone with no napkin or anything thanks. The bottom of the cone has paper yet she's touching the side of of the cone. I Totally grossed out! Understand that they were pretty busy but that's no reason to then too completely ignore Public Health safety. She should have had on gloves. She shouldn't be touching food and taking money. This is a Monday night so it's not but so busy. I waited in a drive-through for 15 minutes some cars left.

This Dunkin is constantly slow. There is 3 people working right now and it took about 20 minutes to get my coffee and a donut, I truly don't understand why it's always so slow. You think the management would read the comments and hire better people but apparently not.

Absolutely awful, you should teach your workers how to make a proper cup of coffee. Completely watered down and tasted burnt. Complete waste of my money (once again) I’m done giving chances to this Dunkin. Used to be great, went completely down hill.

Where do I begin SMH.. BONNETS ON MOST OF THE FEMALES HEAD NAILS EXTREMELY LONG, STAFF WAS HAVING A NEGATIVE DEBATE IN FRONT OF GUEST, MANAGER NOT STRONG ENOUGH TO MANAGE THE TEAM SHE ALWAYS STRESSED OUT COMPLAINING TO CUSTOMERS ABOUT HER STAFF I CAN GO ON FOR DAYS...
NEED A WHOLE NEW TEAM WITH SMILING FACES AND SOME KIND OF PERSONALITY..

I went here for a small drip coffee. No cream. No sugar. The young lady behind the counter asked again "nothing in it? no flavor?" I replied "No. A plain black coffee nothing" And what do I get?..... A coffee with cream and sugar! I am livid! Never again. I hate wasting money.

Only issue I have about coming here in the morning; if you order inside and park. Your lucky to get out of the parking space!
Customers block you in purposely.
I would suggest; that the drive-thru and parking spaces need to be adjusted in the parking lot. I believe this company is losing business; since people have to force their way out of the parking spot, during busy hours.
Just a thought!
