Pizza Hut

Horrible service and awful product. Literally the driest , cardboard crust. And that's the highlight of our experience. Our order sat in store for 45 mins waiting to be delivered. Finally after an hour and half we call. We end up driving to location and pick it up ourselves. After we left a tip and delivery fee on our order. Will not be ordering this waisted of money for my family. I took the liberty of attaching photos of what it looked like. Don't waste your time with them. They did absolutely nothing to make it decent.

Waited almost 3 hours for my delivery order! 😡 Got told that I was credited $10. I waited almost 3 hours so I think I deserve a full refund! Got put on hold for 5 minutes calling in on the 2 hour mark of waiting for my order and then I hung up. 6/10 they never follow instructions! 7/10 the food is burnt! It’s just problems after problems with this location on Shore Center in Euclid. This location has went to hell. I don’t know how they are still running. Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza place but something has to change and quick!

I received the wrong pizza. The store just needs to make certain they are giving the right pizza to the right customer. I am certain it was an honest mistake because the cashier provided great customer service however ... the box was sealed and I did not open it until I got home some 15 minutes away.

Went in to pick up my order and it was wrong. It took her almost 10 minutes to come up front to ask me my name for my order. And her attitude could have been a little better since she had me waiting.The lady that was cutting the pizzas NEVER wiped the cutting blade off after cutting several pizzas and there was a lot of pizza stuff transfered from one to another. I guess if you don't see it it might be ok??

I'm visiting from Georgia I ordered pizza from this location around 8:45 ish I didn't realize after I make my order that the delivery time was 70 to 80 minutes first of all. After the 70 to 80 minutes past there was still no pizza. By this time I want to say it was probably about 10 when we started to question where the pizza was pizza never arrived I spent a total of $40 and some change for pizza for my family and friends and the kids went to bed hungry waiting for pizza. Pizza never showed up. I called and they establishment was closed after receiving text message saying that the order was out for delivery pizza still never showed up.

Poor service..manager had an attitude because i brought my pizza and complained about the large pizza 8 slices and med pizza 8 slices paid $45 and did not get extra cheese no meat on my meatlovers pizza i will never go there again..i shouldv went to the pizza hut in Wickliffe..always great service and they give u what u pay for.
