Taco Bell

I have never been the type of person to leave a bad review, but this taco bell is something special. I live in soddy daisy and get taco bell often, and I have decided that starting now, I am going to leave a bad review every single time they mess up my order, which is almost every single time. Its almost magical at this point how much they mess up. At this point, im on the border of thinking its either a conspiracy or that they just enjoy doing it intentionally. It is almost a religious miracle if I order from there and they actually get my order correct.

Most of the good items they had on the menu are not there anymore. No taco salads for example. Prices suck now. Everything is so expensive. A crunchy taco is almost 2$. And even if you order online...you still have to wait a tremendous amount of time to get your order. Every fast food place in soddy Daisy is the same! It's ridiculous!

Want to say first that EVERYTIME, I visit this location (which is often), the crew is ALWAYS SO NICE AND FRIENDLY WITH A SMILE ON THIER FACE. THEY ARE SO POLITE AT THE SPEAKER BOX AND AT THE WINDOW, EVEN IF ITS LATE AT NIGHT. For that reason I have always continued to come back here. The food is always point on and if I have any special requests (as I don't eat lettuce), they are more than happy to accommodate my requests. I love that I can get food at this time of night that is actually great quality and fast friendly service. The team at this location needs a pat on the back because they really take pride in their customers as well as their jobs. At other locations I've visited I have witnessed the employees standing out smoking, even put someone on hold at speaker box so they could finish their cigg. I have never witnessed any activity like this from these guys if they are outside it's taking the trash out. Great job to all at soddy daisy taco bell. You guys are AWESOME.

The food was good but they are not honest. We went thru the drive thru and was paying with cash and card, and the employee took the cash and charged our card the entire amount. Called multiple times even went back and all you get is the run around and this and that manager will be in. So all they do is pass it off to someone else and you never get an answer. It was my fault for not checking right then but as a payer I trusted them. Never again!
