Huddle House

Never again. Curious why Huddle House can’t follow example of Waffle House. I know it’s hard times for businesses remaining staffed. I manage a business myself. I understand. On 4/24, 2 people were working slower than molasses, any slower they’d drop. The server must’ve been tired; no enthusiasm or friendly demeanor about her. The cook seemed like it was her first day and couldn’t multi-task. It was one meal at a time. We waited 45 minutes for food. Eggs were runny for well done; hash browns drowning in grease; bacon undercooked. The experience was as miserable as the employees looked. I am sorry for the criticism but something should be done to correct this.

Went for breakfast, staff friendly but extremely slow. While there watched 4 tables walk out because the service was poor. It took 15 minutes before anyone came over to our table. Then took 50 minutes to get our food after we ordered. The cook does not know how to get an order out together, couple next to us the wife got her waffle and 15 minutes later the husband got his egg breakfast. Our order came out in two parts also, we had 2 in our group, but can’t get 2 meals out together?

This establishment just needs to close their doors until they can get their staffing situation under some sort of control. On two separate occasions now, we have ordered food via Doordash and been told after waiting for over 45 minutes that the "Store is closing due to not having the staff necessary." Therefore we have missed out entirely on the opportunity to have breakfast. Dining in here isn't much different. The staff is never eager nor welcoming.

Worst resturant ever. Every resturant is struggling with staff shortages and door dash orders. Other resturants are figuring out how to handle it. This Huddle House has no clue. Went on a Sunday morning for breakfast. Our drinks were brought to us and our meal order was placed. An hour and 1/2 later my husband asked if the cook had even started cooking our meal. He had not because of door dash orders. He stated he had to cook those orders first or or risk getting in trouble. Needless to say we said do not bother with our order. Since we are not a priority we will just leave. Then we stated you should lock your doors and be a door dash resturant. So all this to say eat here only if want poor service.

I have visited this place many times. After not visiting for several years, I decided to visit again. Oh my, same terrible place! Many customers got up and left, online order customers left, and I stayed because I was hungry. The owner of this facility should be liable for all the workers he has mistreated.
