Buffalo Wild Wings

Wednesday October 2nd I tried calling 3 times to order take out, all 3 times I was put on hold to never get answered again. One of the people who answered was named Ashley. In the 20 minutes I sat on hold, I made it to the store, thought I'd take a picture just to show how "busy" this place was. Maybe I should've placed an online order. OH WAIT! That's not possible either. Theres no way this location survives. I gave it a one star because zero isn't possible. Honestly, BB's bar and grill hands down beats these wings by a mile, they will be my go to from now on.

I had chicken wrap with chips and salsa. Was very good. The service was great. The host was going on to Sit us by a large group of people, ask if we could sit at a different table so we got different table. That was only problem we had. As it was that table was loud we can hear them way over at our table but it all worked out fine.

The service is fine. I like that they are busy enough that the wait staff isn’t dropping by every couple of minutes. My fiancee and I don’t care for the food (I don’t eat wings and he says theirs aren’t very good), so we only go maybe once or twice a year when we can’t get his football game at home. The drinks are usually very good and the place stays reasonably clean.

I can’t even give them a star but in order to post this I have to give them a star. I thought We would take our kids and their families for a nice supper. Was I wrong. The service was really bad. We sat there for 1hour and 1/2. We got seated and ordered our drinks and a order of onion rings. The onion rings came out quick but 2 of the drinks which were mt dew tasted so bad they couldn’t drink it and had to wait and wave down our waitress to finally get something else. We had to ask for silverware and napkins. After about 45 minutes we finally got the kids meals but my sons order was wrong he ordered a hamburger without tomato and lettuce but received it with all the fixings on it so he sent it back my daughter and daughter in law order crispy chicken and received grilled chicken instead. My son in law ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and came out about 15 minutes later after having to tell them 3 times what he ordered. My meal never did arrive and neither did my sons. Yes the manger did comp our meals but he never came and checked on us and we had to ask for him. The same thing happened this spring. They were not very busy at all and I get tired of hearing excuses that the waitress is new. The service is very poor and the manger isn’t doing his job.

Ordered boneless wings, ceasar side salad and a drink, the garlic bread that came with the salad was extremely salty! My wings were lukewarm and a little dry so I sent them back only to have them returned to me cold and covered in more sauce. The salad was good 👌 drink was strong, other than that I was not satisfied with the meal. Our server was friendly, informative and patient as we had a few questions, I'll give her 5 stars

My mother in law and I ate here and ordered wings, fried pickles, all American burger meal. Paid almost 30 for our meal and was only able to eat the burger and wings. The fried pickles and fries were absolutely disgusting. The customer service was not very good. The waitress sat at another table with other customers just sitting there talking and not doing her job. I do not recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a good meal. This is the worst buffalo wild wings I have ever eaten at.
