One of my favorite places to eat. The salad bar is enticing but you'll want to skip it or eat light. The meat is where it's at! Their lamb, top sirloin and signature beef are among my favorites. The grilled pineapple is so delicious I'd literally stab you with my fork if you tried to take mine. Enjoy!
Remember being a kid and your parents would get ready for a glamorous night on the town - Mom in her hot rollers, gliding through a light misting of the Red Door box set you got her for Christmas and your Dad leaving you $20 for pizza and a Blockbuster movie? Now you’re the adult and you long to get gussied up (even if gussied up means your best pair of overalls) and go out to a romantic and beautiful restaurant. Well, act like all the comments on a heavy metal YouTube video and come to Brazil! Carnaval Brazilian Grill is just that kind of elegant restaurant you’ve been looking for. Cozy booths and table, dim lighting evoking soft candlelight and a starlit sky. The Buffet is all you can eat and though not large like a Golden Corral the choices available are high quality and flavorful. Spring mix salad, Caprese, potato and noodle salad, onion ceviche, Italian meats and cheese, garlic mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese and pork ribs allow you to round out the star of the show. Waiters holding bountiful skewers of meat make their rounds stopping at the tables with the green card facing up. You have control of turning it over to stop this parade and turning it back to green when you’re ready for another round. A menu is given to each table so that you know which meat is which. #1 is the House Special and so tender and delicious. Fancy drinks and beautiful bar area is available, even the restrooms are elegant. Where else can you go that still rolls out a dessert cart at the end of the meal? Exactly. We celebrated a birthday and they gave us a card and a brownie sundae (no singing involved). The Pineapple skewer is so divine it tastes like Christmas and all three months of summer in one bite. Reservations are recommended a week in advance so make the call, get dressed up (if you want) and spend a fun night in Brazil (via Sioux Falls.)
What should I say. It's an experience. Definitely not cheap, but worth a try. Definitely ate too much!! Look at the pictures!
Spent our anniversary with family and had a great meal, desert, and conversation. We love going there and had the best service that night.
Fun atmosphere, good variety of meats, very nice salad bar/sides. Some of the meats were a bit tough, but you're going there for the spectacle of excess, not the best steak in the city... and it delivers. Entry price is reasonable and they make it up on drink and desert prices so it's in your control.
This place is expensive! If you are looking for a unique experience and the best food you can have in Sioux Falls, CARNAVAL is the place! The staff is extremely courteous! The food is on point & plentiful! You will not leave hungry. The drinks are plentiful! The atmosphere is inviting! My family will be back.

We were told it would be an eating experience. So, I tried to lower my expectations. I was wrong. This place is amazing. I left in a food coma. It was worth every penny. The crew, the food, the sides. All were simple perfection. We'll be back anytime we're in the state
Always delicious. The $35 for the Rodizio service, which is buffet in spirit, a true smorgasbord of meaty delights, is a fantastic deal. Included is a salad bar, which has many options as well, and is a great pairing. The atmosphere of the restaurant lends itself well to special occasions and date nights. Finally, there's a rotating drink menu, with a nice selection of wines and cocktails. Absolutely a recommend, and make a reservation to ensure timely seating.
