Update: just got a baconator, but where’s the bacon?? 4 thin, small strips, and that’s it! This place has gone downhill — fast!
I have mostly good experiences here, but they went ahead and did this. This is the 2nd time they’ve done this where they fill up the cup almost completely with ice.

They got my order wrong. Told to come back and the manager would comp a meal... so I did. She forgot but the GM reacted quickly and got me the meal... told 6 min it would be brought out to me. They forgot to bring it out to me. So I called into the store. GM said they would bring out my meal and refund me for all the hassle. They brought the meal out. I had less than 5min to eat and get back to work... I was late. Really, I have gone to the same place quite a few times with no issue, but man... if you are going to do something remember it and follow through. The reason I am even giving them 3 stars is because the food is good, in my opinion, and they are usually on the ball.

Very sad that Wendys has chosen so many locations to not open the inside. We are all going out everyday and doing our job. I find it sad that they choose to have customers set in a drive thru line rather than be able to have a decent lunch break inside. I wonder if it's just cheaper for them to do it this way or if they are using covid an excuse not to go back to regular business as others have. I used to adore them but now I avoid them. I do thank them for giving me the gumption to make a dang good Bacon Cheeseburger and Handcut Fries in my own Kitchen. It also saves me a lot of money.

I really want to like Wendy’s. I go back time and time again, but I couldn’t count the amount of time I have had hair in my food. I couldn’t count on my hands and feet how many times specifically from this location. I have short brown hair, so when I find super long either black or red hair I know it’s not mine. If your going to try a Wendy’s go somewhere else for your sake and your appetite’s sake. Absolutely will never have Wendy’s again anymore.

Was in the lobby and wanted to buy a dessert. But while waiting at the counter the employee said we would have to go through the drive thru because the lobby was closed. We definitely would have been able to order inside before the closing time came

Whoever the gentleman that was giving me my food in the drive through Sept, 9th just before noon. You need a raise and a promotion! Customer service was excellent! Attitude was excellent! Positivity and energy was excellent! One of the best experiences I have had at a Sioux Falls Drive Thru. Thank you sir. You Seriously made my day.
And to the manager/owner of this Wendy’s. That employee is a rare thing. Appreciate him, and keep him around.

Breakfast menu wasn't turned around an hour after open. The individual taking the order couldn't remember what we just said. They asked us to pull up for 5 mins, 20 mins later no one told us what's going on. Pulled back through the drive through twice before someone acknowledged us and blamed the potatoes as why it took as long as it did. When my GF was given the bags of food the employee said how rude

I have always liked Wendy's. This was some of the worst fast food I've ever had. Undercooked fries, overcooked burgers (burnt and dry), stale buns, lack of seasoning. I will continue to eat at Wendy's just never again in Sioux Falls!
