I am the member of this restaurant. Today i want to pack the 2x noodles set lunch.but this menu is so confused let me order wrong dish in the counter.(normally we use iPad to order). When I realised it I want to change it.The staff said can not just 2 minutes after I make payment. This is 2 weeks I haven’t visit since the no dine-in rule.I expect I have what I want-2x noodles. But it is too disappointing this time. YOU- Menya Mushashi lost one loyalty customer from today because your service! The Takoyaki is not enough for stomach!

###Update#### Their classic char siew ramen is still value for money ($10.90) and most recent trip, the tonkatsu soup was thick and tasty. They added a shabu shabu tsukemen ($15.90) which you can order up to 5 portions of noodles with no extra charge. Totally worth it! –----+++++------ Menu has also changed quite a lot and offering localized dishes like chilli crab ramen. The noodle is still very good, the thick one especially is springy and chewy. The stock comes in white, black (with black onion oil) and red (hot chilli) tonkutsu base. The tsukamen which is a dry noodle with thick broth for dipping gives you the option to order 1x to 5x portion of noodles for the same price which is well worth the price. Just no sharing. Water is also free.

19/05/18 The pork ramen is good. Not too salty or thick. Just nice. However the pork that comes with the ramen is so so. The egg is not fantastic too. It is too soft and the yoke is watery. The side dishes can hardly make it as well. Overall worth two stars.

I was curious after seeing that big advertisement on Singapore's no. 1 ramen, so I gave it a try. Gyoza was not bad with the special sauce. Cha Shu ramen was ok but taste wise was a little bland. The special ramen with the thick piece of char siew fared better. The tsukamen is actually enjoyable and I like the free extra noodles. Thick noodles went well with the salty tsukumen that is probably deliberate.

4 stars for the price point. 3 stars for the food. The meal sets here are very reasonably priced. ~$16.90 for ramen, sides and a drink. I ordered the 4 pcs char siew, white tonkutsu soup based ramen. It was ok. Nothing to shout about.

The server either too busy or tired, it comes to me as a bit rude but not so much as to annoy us. The food was okay, just okay. It's not memorable, the taste is so-so and soo not worth the price. Aburi cha shu ramen (ala carte $11.9, set $14.9) The soup is so-so, ramen like nothing special. The noodle is okay, the egg is half boiled egg but definitely not onsen egg, the cha shu is a bit hard. Tom yum cha shu ramen (ala carte $11.9, set $14.9) The soup is just a normal tomyum, nothing special to it. The noodle is okay, the egg is half boiled egg but definitely not onsen egg, the cha shu is a bit hard. Fried dumpling (gyoza) Not so juicy, but it's still good. Tori karaage I think the best out of all foods we ordered here. I mean, there's no way you could ruined karaage. It's not as soft and tender but it's good enough.

Space is tight and can get noisy during peak hours. We had the ramen set which comes with a side dish and drink of your choice. Ramen is too thin for my liking. Pork bone soup is ok but could be richer. If you just need a quick bite & don't plan to linger, try this place.
