As soon as I entered Lowe's, an employee greeted me and asked if I needed assistance. When I showed him what I was looking for, he directed me to the proper area without needing to look in an electronic device. His information was spot on. This reminded me of the customer service I used to see when I was a child in the early 70's. It really makes a difference. That feat is amazing with the large size of this particular store.
Regardless if you have been out of what I am looking for or had bad customer service in the past this has made up for all of that. WELL DONE Lowes WELL DONE!!
I have ordered from multiple Lowe's for customer pick up and none have went smoothly. I ordered 14 gallons of paint and a few other items online. I went to pick everything up and spent less than 10 minutes doing so. I am soooooooo impressed with customer service, the paint department, and the man that gathers the customer pick ups. I, 100%, recommend this Lowe's.
My husband and I purchased a new Whirlpool refrigerator for our new home. On the delivery day, it was discovered that the refrigerator was badly damaged. There was not another one in this model in stock. Layla, Assistant Manager, promised to compensate us for the inconvenience. A month and a half later, two or three damaged refrigerators later and a ton of patience later, we finally received our refrigerator. We were ecstatic. Thank you Layla for helping us and for making good on your promise.
Busy busy busy everybody has the same idea as us, fixing up the yard. Very wide variety of plants and trees, planters, trellis, and other outdoor decor. Long lines but they are very efficient and get people through as quickly as possible, we were only in line maybe 5 minutes and they had two people doing exits to help it move quicker.
We bought a new grill, Thomas was very helpful and let us know it would take a few minutes for him to bring the grill to the front. He invited us to relax in the patio furniture while we waited and he came back to get us once he had got it. Then got the 3 bags of mulch too.
