Tony's Pizza And Subs

Ordered 2 large pizzas and a Greek entree’ salad for delivery. The salad container was not even half filled. The lettuce was wilted, brown, slimy, and smelled bad. I called to report the bad salad and asked for a replacement. Girl said she asked the manager what to do, and he said, “I made that salad, and it was not brown. I would never serve brown lettuce, and it probably smells funky from the feta cheese.” (Pics of nasty, BROWN lettuce attached.) I asked her to make it right and send a fresh salad. She told me I would have to drive up there with the bad salad and pick up a fresh one if I wanted it. (Mind you, I paid for delivery and tipped the driver.) After the call ended, my husband opened the pizza boxes.They were terrible as well - very dry, no sauce and hardly any toppings. It tasted like a cracker with some dry cheese on top. $36 wasted. We’ve been customers for 15 years, but never again.

Never have had any issues until my grandparents visit from out of town, we ordered one large pepperoni pizza for delivery in explained I was at a hotel, gave them the street address, the name of the hotel and instructions for drop off. We were told a 45 min wait, after about an hour and a half I called to check on it, we were told the driver should be there any minute. That was fine. I stepped out and waited. No pizza for another 20 min. I decided to let the front desk know and they said they’d call us down. Front desk informed me close to 2 hours after ordering that no one had come in to deliver. Finally got a “fresh” pizza made and 3 hours later received this. To top it all off upon calling back I was not able to have it resolved.

Just delivered the wrong food to our house. Called the manager and then they brought the correct food and requested the fries back. Seriously, they had no ideal who in our house could’ve been sick. Took the fries back to the restaurant, yes I bet they sent to another order. Honestly, we had thrown the fries in the garbage and per there request we got them out for them to give back.

This sunday I stopped in and purchased 3 large pizzas. I was very dissapointed. There was hardly any toppings on them,very little sauce if any and very dry. I've been getting food from there for over 2 yrs. and never a problem. If I had to evaluate the food by this experience I wouldn't go back.Hopefully the owner reads this and makes the necessary adjustments to the staff to correct this so it doesn't happen again.
