What a horrible experience. I miss the old owners who ran a nice ice cream shop!! With the new owners, the lady taking orders barely spoke English, couldn’t explain the prices other than to tell us they went up all the time and the sign on the drive through wouldn’t be correct, refused to provide a receipt (especially after I asked her to explain the prices on a very expensive bill for 2 people), and was extraordinarily rude and snippy. We never will go unless the ownership changes back to respectful people!

I use the drive tru every time I visit and they always get my ice cream quickly. I love it here. There aren't many BR's left around here, please stay open.

Went there tonight to get ice creme. The drive thru cashier Pooja was very nasty. She charged me for 2 single scoops which were actually 2 kids scoops. When I told her she proceeded to catch an attitude and shut the window on me. I will be contacting corporate about this.
