The calamari was like chewing on rubber bands and terrible flavor. The rice tasted burnt and very little decent flavor to any of the food. The meat had very little sauce and flavor. We asked for utensils. They couldn't be bothered to give us even napkins much less utensils. Inedible!!

After checking and double checking my order with the girl on the phone i got there to pick my order up and it was wrong. I then had to wait obviously for them to fix it. I also got a tea which has been sour the last 3 times I've been there. Then i get home and my "teriyaki steak" isn't teriyaki at all. This used to be my favorite place and i think im done with the food being bad or wrong as of late. They have lost their touch.

The worst Joy of Tokyo I’ve been to. The tables and chairs were sticky, the steak had literally no flavor. Just steak on the grill. There was an odd flavor like the meat was old… keeping my fingers crossed I don’t get food poisoning.

Order the chicken and rice bowl today and it was not the same. The chicken was dry and flavorless and the rice tasted old. The rice did not taste like the usual rice they serve. Will not be back again.

The Crab Sushi Roll, fried oysters, plus the spring rolls, were all delicious! Excellent place to eat in or take out. Friendly customer service too!

So i come here to get a side of broccoli and a hibachi chicken for my self and a rice and chicken bowl for my son. They charge me .50 for just zucchini on my plate and For a side of SMALL broccoli, they charge me a mixed vegetable charge THEN charge me .50 cent for it only being broccoli. Talking about greedy?! I also watched the guy take the Shiracha sauce and add water to it! The food has gone down hill but yet prices are ridiculously high! This will be the last time I go here! I should have listened to the reviews and not have wasted my time and money!

Hands-down this is my favorite location out of all of their stores. This location is clean and always gets my order right. They are fast and friendly. They entertain my children while cooking our food. You get exactly what you pay for. The food is exceptional. The location is great, I wish they had more parking spots however they always answer the phone if you place an order.
