Great El Pollo Loco location! Food is always good and usually a short wait time when ordering/waiting for your food. The Assistant Manager is exemplary and goes above and beyond for their customers

I placed a catering order with the manager, George for 14 people. He was very accommodating and helpful with our requests. We picked up the order and everything was correct. The food was very good and so tasty. I will order again from El Pollo Loco in Simi Valley in the Mountain Gate Plaza!
