When I visited, the indoor dining was closed because lack of staff. I picked up my mobile order at the door. Their wifi is faster than most of McDonald’s 👌

This is my go to location in Simi even though I live off Yosemite, but that location is awful. The staff is friendly and attentive at the Tapo location. Esteban does a fantastic job in the drive thru, very attentive, courteous and great attitude.
I usually go there minutes before closing and they never have a bad attitude when ordering last minutes. Food always or mostly hot.
I Never take the time to leave the good reviews only leave the bad ones. But had to let you guys know Esteban is taking good care of customers!!

You get somewhere before they close. You wait at the drive thru and they ignore you. If it was after 11pm they would have said through the drive thru window sorry were closed.
This is poorly run and custimer service needs to be taught better. I would give you a negatuve star if i could

I had never ordered a McGriddle before. I was sent to McDonald's to get one and did not realize it was a sandwich. Now I had to make some decisions without the person that wanted it in the car. The drive-thru employee was very patient with me although I could tell she was annoyed.

Didn't fulfil orders correctly. Looked busy so i took up with corporate. They provided no solution so just check your order before you leave. They are incorrect more than half the time, so this time was enough to make me bring it up.

Went thru mcds on tapo st @2:30 in the afternoon & ordered a large meal. Very disappointed with the amount of fries. It’s not like they are running out of them. They have so many boxes of fries downstairs. I don’t know why they are rationing the fries. I wish I was lovin’ it but I rarely do at this location on tapo st. Some people say that mcds isn’t a restaurant but with the amount of time it takes to get your food, it sure feels like a restaurant. You are supposed to be able to get in & out of there in, I think, 3 minutes. I’d bet anyone reading this hasn’t ever done that. Even if I’m the only customer I still haven’t been thru that fast. Never fast, barely food.

A poor representation of McDonald's. McDonald's is fast food, processed food but no excuse why it should be cold and stale. Will not be coming to this location. Staff was pleasant but obviously they don't care to serve terrible food. Drive to another McDonald's, you'll be glad you did.
