Delicious breakfast and friendly counter service. We had egg, bacon, cheese on an english muffin (best egg sandwich I’ve had), Grilled corn muffin. We will return again!

For some reason, this place has become a travel destination if we're ever out and about nearby.
The literal sole reason we took the ferry over to shelter island was to come here! Keep on being an awesome store!

The shelter island pharmacy lunch counter has been In existence for decades and I have enjoyed every single time I have been in the pharmacy (Every week) my personal favorite sandwich is the Bacon Egg and cheese. It is delicious. Greg (the lunch counter manager is always fun to talk to. Overall great little Island treasure

Pharmacy is your average pharmacy, but the flat grill inside had the best Egg sandwiches I've had in a while. Great hash browns too!!
