I haven’t been to a TGIF since I was a kid so we decided to head in. We went in during a really slow time and got the appetizer and chicken and steak fajitas. The food was pretty good but just about all the meat tasted the same with the same whiskey sauce on it. We were really shocked that additional tortillas cost more?! We’ve never been to a Mexican restaurant that would charge more. There is a lot on the plate so even if you aren’t sharing the fajitas I cannot imagine only using the 3 small original tortillas they give you. For the two items we got, it was $50 which seemed expensive to us since you can get much better food for the same price elsewhere.
Stopped in for lunch today and the service was great. Friendly and excellent customer service.
The food was great except the nachos. Had to send it back as there were no toppings on it what so ever. They remade it and still nothing was to it, a few tomatoes and a little chili. I added some salsa for flavor. For $12 I expected way more. Was very disappointed. I was however given a refund of it.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience. Had a party of 8. 4 adults, 4 children. Waited 30 to 45 minutes for seating after being warned of the extended wait time. Was placed in server Alex section and was treated very well. Cannot explain with enough words how great we were treated. Wonderful food in a decent amount of time based on the crowd.

This was the friendliest and most professional visits to a TGIF EVER! Fresh food, friendly staff, and cool inside on a hot summer nite in June. Will visit again! Fav place to eat now! Food was fantastic!
We had TGIFridays during our staycation in Sevierville. It’s been a while since we’ve been to TGI Friday’s. This visit like our last didn’t disappoint. The menu has a new makeover and a lot of choices for all of your appetite needs! The service was fast and friendly. Charles our waiter was very attentive. We will return again soon!

Haven't been for awhile very good. I got 2 bourbon burger sliders with Mashed Potatoes, yummy! My husband got wings with fries. He said they were good

It was our first time to this location, it was early our server was Josh who took very good care of us very polite, quick with refills . The chicken and shrimp came sizzling to the table very tasty, the wings were plain just salt and pepper not bad, the soup was broccoli cheese. No issues good service, I will return.
The atmosphere wasn't bad, just old and outdated. The food and service were great. I got the sirloin fajitas. Comes with cooked veggies, jasmine rice, and three flour tortillas. Steak was delicious.
