This location had very nice employees and good food. It was a pleasant dinner after a long drive.
I have not been to panda express in quite some time and missed their entree that i always have.
so we went through and picked some up.
there was about a 10 minute wait for the teriyaki chicken 🍗 but it was definitely worth it! the food was hot 🔥 and delicious 🤤
I have been to several Panda Express in Virginia, North Carolina, and now Servierville in Tennessee. The Sevierville Panda Express is top-notch overall supreme and second to none. Great food, quality 👪 family atmosphere,and caring customer service. Horray, horray!!
Quick meal option. They open at 10:30 so you can beat the lunch crowd. The Beijing beef is very good. My order is correct almost 10 out of 10 times. That’s always nice. Good place to eat.
It's pretty much what you'd typically expect nowadays from fast food. It is what it is.
Several items out of food.
Workers that don't greet, smile, or could care less if you patron there or not.
I am disappointed they changed their sweet and sour sauce. They only give you sweet and sour packets instead of little ramekins, which is a different sauce. The packets are never enough for me for the spring roll or wontons.
Had to go to the counter several times for more packets as they only give two, same with soy sauce.
The teriyaki chicken is not what you would think (I've had it before so I knew what to expect). It's not dripping in sweet sauce. More like grilled chicken with a hint of marinade flavor.
Listen, that place was busy. I take nothing personal because they kept the positive attitude as best as they could with how busy it was… They are humans they get burned out too… Can’t hold that against them… Especially when the food was absolutely delicious… I got back to my cabins and it was still hot and so delicious…. First time ever at a Panda Express and definitely will not be my last!!
Excellent service!! I wish the one in Charlotte NC was like this one!! We need you guys to come and work there!! I am so glad you guys are serving the sweet fire chicken!!
When I got up to the drive-thru I asked if they served "Panda" The person taking my order I guess wasn't in a joking mood. Lol 😆 The window cashier was nice and I told her what I did, and she laughed. The food was hot and fresh. Always good. We come here almost every year when visiting. Keep up the good work. Btw I love pandas.
Drive through only at this time, service was quick and friendly, generous portion and good value.
One star lost as the Orange Chicken was mostly breading/batter with very little actual chicken, just 'nuggets' of around one third meat with two thirds batter. The Bejing beef was great.
Very nice and clean place inside. Fresh food. Great experience. Opens at 10!
