It's a waffle house. You know exactly what you're going to get. Great food, friendly service, and diner atmosphere. I've been to many a waffle house, and this one was definitely newer and cleaner than most. Food was great as always. They had Christmas decorations up, and the staff were all very friendly. Everything I want from a waffle house trip was executed perfectly.

Denise is a very nice lady and a great waitress! Food was excellent too. All in all everything about the waffle house in Pigeon Forge was great no complaints, so if you're traveling thru, and are hungry, this is it.

We were in Tennessee for a week and made this location our daily breakfast stop. Staff was very friendly and the food was served fast and hot.

Erin was our waitress. She is always exceptional & professional. No matter how busy it is she stays very calm. Our order is always right. The cook Denise fixed our food perfectly. The over medium egg was exactly like I wanted. The grits was not too thin & not too thick or clumpy. The Texas Patty Melt was delicious. She cooks with just the right amount of oil & not over done. She is also very calm. Thank you for your consistency every time you take care of us. It is appreciated more than you know. We highly recommend this Waffle House.

The food was fantastic like usual, but our server was incredible! I wish I could remember her name to give her credit, she was so very kind, attentive, and even had them shape my sons waffles into dinosaurs & they loved it!!

I decided to try the “All-Star Special” which includes their homemade waffle, eggs, hash browns or grits, sausage patties or bacon, and toast. It’s definitely filling if you have an appetite and want something that holds you all day. I don’t come here very often but I do enjoy the waffle on occasion. They have a couple of breakfast sandwiches that look worth trying. I’ll be back to try those.
