A hidden oasis for whiskey lovers and Bourbon bonvivants of all stripes. Cozy atmosphere, flights, and best pours on the West Seattle Peninsula. Visit wednesdays through Saturdays to get the "Joe" experience, hands a down one the most knowledable and personable whiskey slingers in the PNW.

The staff was knowledgeable to the Whisk(e)y they were selling and were able to make relevant suggestions based on what we were drinking. Overall the atmosphere was warm and inviting and not at all a bougie crapshack. Very down to Earth. The food was on par for what you'd expect from high tier bar. We loved the Brussel sprouts and the wings.. And finally the whisky: there are so many options including bottles no one in my group knew existed. I love hunting for unique bourbons and scotch and I was in heaven

Great drinks and good food. Service can be a little slow at times but I think that is just because they are understaffed. I really like the breading on the chicken fingers! Delish!

Best fries in Seattle. Other food is meh, burgers are always well done even when ordered medium. Worst offender is service, where staff is far too concerned with chatting with their friends or trying to sell their motorcycle than they are getting is food/beer. Bummer experience again, last time for these locals.

I was on a date with my wife. We stopped there on the way home. We liked it, great selection, but the lights were a little too bright for us. We did finally find 1 table that was out of the direct light.

I love Whisky West. I seem to get the same server every time and he is so nice! The drinks are fabulous and I couldn’t be happier with the food. I often tend to enjoy myself so much that I’m not paying enough attention and end up with a hefty bill. I love that there’s free parking also. This is definitely one of my go-to-places.

Excellent service and mind boggling wall of whiskey if you're into that. Beer/wine selection is great as well. But don't leave without ordering the cheese curds, I had to refrain from ordering a second serving to go... Will definitely be coming back regularly
