明家的甜品绝了什么糯米糕,红豆饼,都是我的心头好呀个人最爱还是老板娘亲手做的千层蛋糕,通常都是吃一个带走一个。不那么甜也不会特别腻。说着说着又饿了…

Ming has very very good fresh Chinese food but I'm not sure what they are trying to be. The inside is very upscale looking so much that we opted to eat on one of the few patio tables out front since we were dining with our 3 year old. The food is expensive -- perhaps more so than PF Changs. They have a few vegetarian choices and my husband raved about his General Tao's chicken. They also have hot pots. The menu is s little hard to understand as it is in Chinese and the English descriptions are very bare bones. Great service, great food, but they maybe need to change their approach.

If you're out late and need a bite to eat, I highly recommend Hong Kong Bistro. Not many places offer dim sum late at night, let alone past the afternoon. But Hong Kong Bistro offers dim sum for the entirety of the time the restaurant is open. Also, the dim sum is delicious! It hits the spot in all the right places. Not a bland dish in sight! I personally liked the service. They were fast and efficient. Fair warning: If you want your servers to be a little chatty and personable like typical American-style restaurants, this probably isn't the place for you. They make sure to collect your order promptly and get your food to you. It was quite busy when I went, even late at night, and they were still able to serve us our food fairly fast. The dim sum isn't too expensive. It's a great place to bring your friends and family, so you can order a variety of dishes. It's honestly some of the best dim sum I've ever had. My one recommendation would be the egg flower soup! I will definitely be coming back here for all my dim sum cravings.

A clean and renovated restaurant. I been here twice in less than a month. Each time the food came out fast! I gotten the honey walnut shrimp each time, and it has been consistent in quality. I gotten the pea sprout twice. I prefer it cooked with garlic. The one with thousand eggs was ok. For 4 people, 4 dishes is plenty. The lamb stone pot has a mix of chestnut, ginger, mushrooms and beancurd. The flavors were good. The lamb didn't taste gamey. Dim sum is all day and we ordered a sponge cake at dinner. It came out last. Parking in chinatown is always tricky even on week nights. Street parking is enforced until 8pm( max 2 hours).

This is the best dim sum i've ever eat in a whole United States so far. We've been coming from New York and look in google the nearest dim sum from our present, then we decide to eat here and it was amazing. The portion, the taste, and of course the price. Recommended to try!

Great dim sum! Bright and clean restaurant with many traditional and non traditional choices. All the foods tasted good and in decent portion size. Very busy with line up on weekends.

I’ve been to most dim sum places in ID but this might be my favorite. Service is fast, place is clean, dim sum is spectacular. I do wish they had a bigger dim sum menu after 3pm but not a deal breaker. It’s always super crowded but there’s tons of seating. Also they have amazing drinks. I really liked the mango sago.

This place is not only huge but super clean! The staff were very friendly with the menu. We decided to swing by for a couple small bites before the airport. Everything came out super quick and well presented. Definitely recommend trying this place at least once. Pictures: mango coconut slush drink, chicken congee, fried pork buns, steamed custard buns

Delicious Chinese food in an upscale environment. The location outside is a bit seedy but its worth it. I got the basic dim sum order of siu mai, bbq pork bun and fried wontons and they all turned out amazing. Also tried some of my friends fried fish with corn sauce and it was very tasty. Price is above average but the portions are huge. Will be returning very soon.

First time back in over a decade. The place has been renovated with a more modern look. Service was great. However they should have offered/moved us to a bigger table considering we ordered for the whole village (I have a black hole in my stomach). Food came out fast. I enjoyed every dish we ordered. Good portion. Food prices are on par with most Chinese restaurants in the area. The mango drink was a bit lacking in flavor. Pretty much the only item I didn't like.

Came here for dinner with some family, delicious food! Loved the spicy lamb and vegetables! Also had a convenient button for clicking for service, water, and paying so it was organized.

Had some free time before our flight, so we said, "Why not check out Chinatown in Seattle?" and bumped into this place. It was busy when we got there and we waited about 15 min for a table. Ordered the BBQ pork, shrimp pan-fried dumplings, pan-fried buns shumai, and fried rice. The BBQ pork was really good. Sometimes, at some places, it's kinda dry, but here it's fatty, so it's not dry by any means. However, because of the higher fatty pieces, we had it bordered for me as almost being a little too fatty. The pan-fried shrimp dumplings were really good, not smaller like other places but a decent amount each piece. The fried rice needed a little salt, but you can add to taste ,and the pan-fried buns and shumai were good as well. The only thing I'd say is again, it's about service. You can tell they are busy, but when I was able to hail down a waitress and ask for a drink for my wife it never came, so I had to hail down another waitress and finally I was able to get one. On the way out, we never got a bill and had to finally walk up to the counter and tell the woman we were done and she didn't even know or see us and asked if we needed to be seated, not realizing we had just eaten. My wife was not happy because it was the same woman who we asked for the drink who never came back with it. Overall, the food is good, and it's a decent amount of space and tables inside. If you come with a larger group, you'd be ok. and I'd come back, but I'd probably expect the same service.
